About the Program

UPC Sports Administration and Business program provides a unique academic proposal, because after five years you will hold at least two university titles.
In addition, we are the first university to offer a sports management program in Peru, which implies a valuable recognition and great opportunity.
Because of this initiative, several institutions and companies of the area have identified with UPC's objective of turning the sports industry into a professional activity.

To educate professionals who are upstanding and innovative leaders with a global vision to generate value within organizations and contribute to the transformation of Peru.

To be recognized for educating Sports Administration and Business professionals with the highest professional competencies known for their leadership in the transformation of Peru.

As incoming students of the Sports Administration and Business program you have to show the following:

  • Passion for sports.
  • Being entrepreneurial and oriented towards business development.
  • Idealism, because you will be willing to develop sports at a global level. Perseverance, in order to face the different situations you will find during your academic life. 

As alumni of the Sports Administration and Business program, you will become professionals who formulate strategic plans that generate value for stakeholders, create work teams, manage information properly, and define courses of action that greatly benefit such groups. Additionally, you will be capable of proposing a support plan for any sport, taking into account its type of athlete; propose a sustainable strategy for any sports institution; and implement a commercial strategy that will allow you to generate value for the institutions and stakeholders related to a sport.
