You will create designs in different categories: women, men, kids and accessories, thus applying your creative sensitivity in fashion through trend research and social and cultural interaction.
You will develop prototypes and interpret designs, applying methods and techniques in the comprehensive execution of projects .
You will justify the fashion brand management strategically, considering the guidelines for developing a product, production, logistics, marketing, communication, sales, and national and international trade.
You will use research methods to study history, arts, culture, and the fashion industry through the social context.
As graduates of UPC’s Fashion Design and Management program, you will be prepared for one of the following specializations:
You will design and make your own or other's creations in different business categories.
You will have a fashion industry vision with a local and global business approach.
You will participate in the commercial and design process of your own company or of other fashion companies.
You will strategically lead your own brand or other's in the fashion industry, managing the brand concept and value.
Design: as an author designer or designer for retail or fashion companies.
Marketing: as a brand developer, specialized in store windows or coolhunting.
Commercial: as a brand broker, in charge of a line or division or as a buyer for retail or fashion companies.
Production-communication: as a creative director or fashion producer, as a stylist in specialized fashion magazines, as an event producer or in fashion blogs.
Management: as the manager and designer of your own clothing brand or of a fashion atelier.
Consulting: as an external consultant for fashion companies.
