She pursued specialization graduate studies in Labor Law at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha (Spain). Diploma in Labor Structures by UPC. She has specializations in Labor Law, Administrative Law and Protection Law at Universidad Panamericana (Mexico). Bachelor’s degree and Licentiate in Psychology by Universidad de San Martín de Porres.

She has more than 20 years of experience in university teaching. She was General Coordinator of Internships and Tutoring of the Aspirant Training Program I and II of the Academy of Magistrates of Lima. She is an international accreditor by CONAED.
