Master of Educational Sciences by the Universidad de Piura. Master by the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. Licentiate in Educational Sciences with a concentration in Social Sciences and Bachelor of Educational Sciences by the Universidad de Piura.
He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Humanities at the Universidad de Piura. Additionally, he is the Director of UPC’s Academic Excellence Group and of the International Congress for Educators. He is doing research in leadership, high academic performance, general ethics and educational management.
