MANUEL FRANCISCO RODRÍGUEZ VILLEGAS

Master’s degree by Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. Licentiate in Learning Sciences with a concentration in Social Sciences and a bachelor's degree in Learning Sciences by Universidad de Piura (UDEP).

Dental surgeon with a bachelor's degree in Stomatology by Universidad Católica Santa María. He is a master's degree in Education graduate with a mention in Theories and Educational Management by UDEP. He has a certificate in Tutoring by Universidad Católica San Pablo. He is an expert in teaching, leadership and educational management, scientific research and tutoring.

He is currently conducting research studies in leadership, general ethics and educational management. He has been a professor and has held the position of director at important educational institutions in the country. He has been an educational consultant for the Ministry of Production and the Ministry of Defense, among other public and private national institutions. He has been lecturer on topics such as educational innovation and management, formation in human values, technology and general ethics.

He has developed educational material for Expresso Bibliográfico Perú and for different educational institutions in the country. He has served as President for the following organizations: Talento y Emprendimiento, Talento Peru and AIDUC. All of them were linked to the training of leaders, the promotion of culture and education in our country.

He leads the Academic Excellence Group at UPC. He is also the President of the International Congress of Educators, Director of the Educational Family Support, Director of the Educational Management Seminar and the Neuroscience and Education Seminar.
