She has over 20 years of professional experience in both private and public institutions, and in nongovernmental organizations (NGOs). She joined UPC in March 2008 as a full-time professor of the School of Law, where she earned the Diploma of Teaching Excellence in 2012. Likewise, she has pursued several specialization courses on Labor Law, Administrative Law and Amparo Law at Universidad Panamericana de Mexico. She pursued specialization graduate studies in Labor Law at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.
