You will become a professional with an interdisciplinary profile that will allow you to perform successfully in translation and interpreting. Thus, you will be able to work in the following areas:
- Free-lance translator, with the right tools to translate in specialized fields and with audiovisual products.
- Free-lance interpreter, capable of working in different areas, such as professional, community and conference interpreting in the consecutive modality.
- Terminographer
- In-house translator or interpreter in Peruvian or foreign multinational companies.
- Expert in translation and interpreting subjects, independent consultant for interlinguistic planning, translation project planning and multinational events that require interpreting services.
- After following the required procedures: sworn certified translator, supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; certified translator, supported by The Peruvian Translators Association; expert witness translator, appointed by the different departments of the Judicial Branch.
- Researcher in translation and interpreting subjects.
