Master’s degree in International Development by the University of Queensland (Queensland, Australia) and master’s degree in Service, Leadership and Innovation by the Rochester Institute of Technology (New York, USA). She is a Licentiate in Education by Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL) and a Bachelor in Hotel Administration by the same university, In addition, she has pursued a certificate program in Event Management and Organization at Le Cordon Bleu, as well as a specialization in catering at the Culinary Institute of America (New York, USA), and a certificate program in Service Quality, Organizational Transformation, Integral Education and Development Project Management.

She has more than 10 years of experience in educational management and consulting. She has been the Director of the Gastronomy and Restaurant Management program at USIL. She has also been a development project consultant for WELD (Women Entrepreneurs Leading Development), a program driven by USAID, and a services administration consultant for different institutions.
