Studying Gastronomy and Culinary Management will give you the chance to specialize in Event Management, Customer Experience and Leisure Management, and Health and Entertainment Management.
You will be able to study the last year at Escuela Universitaria de Hotelería y Turismo (CETT), from Universidad de Barcelona (Spain)*, and obtain an international title. UB: one of the world’s top 100 universities according to the Best Global Universities 2020 ranking.
We have first-class facilities where you can put into practice what you learn along the program. These facilities include specialized patisserie and cooking labs, as well as the K’ata restaurant, open to the public and managed by program students.
You can travel to San Sebastian (Spain) for six months and do an internship in prestigious restaurants awarded with Michelin stars to put into practice what you have learned, along with internationally renowned chefs.
